In September of 1999, Chris Hensley, a fourth generation funeral director began working with Jackman Kercheval Meyers funeral home. As of July 2017, Chris along with his wife Carol, became the owners and operators of the business, newly naming it Jackman Hensley funeral home. The funeral home has provided the families of Harrison and surrounding areas with comfort in their time of need for over a century. The building itself at 215 Broadway street has grown and changed with the years too, but one thing remains the same... it is still a respected locally family owned funeral home full of Harrison history and pride.
