A passion for service excellence and a partnership based on trust, loyalty, and mutual goals make Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre a family owned and operated business rich in tradition and community pride; all of which are deeply rooted in commitment and a strong sense of values.rnrnMorgan & Nay Funeral Centre was initially established as the Morgan-Webster-Nay Funeral Home in 1996. George Morgan, Keith Webster, and Rodney and Roger Nay combined efforts to construct the newest funeral service facility within the Madison community from the ground up. Being the first funeral home on Madison's hilltop, the partners saw a need, took a risk, and the rest as they say is history! The funeral home was immediately successful. The staff was asked to conduct funerals in local churches as the funeral home building was receiving the finishing touches. Exceptional care and thought went into every detail from the business plan, to the design of the building, to the mission statement that continues to guide our efforts today.rnrnAfter nine years of success, Keith Webster and his family made the decision to return home to purchase and operate the funeral home in his native community of Fountain City, Indiana. While the name has changed and our building is new in comparison; the services, commitment, values, and dedication to all of our families are as conventional as the profession itself.rnrnThe owners, staff, and their families of the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre are proud to offer positive, selfless, inspired, and personalized service to all of the families who place their trust in our hands.rnrnA trusted neighbor, exceeding your expectations, reflecting your wishes.rnrnFor the second consecutive year, the National Funeral Directors Association (NFDA) in October honored Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre with one of its most prestigious awards, Pursuit of Excellence - 2015. Only 155 funeral homes nationwide merited this elite distinction. NFDA presents the award annually to firms that provide unsurpassed service and innovative programs to families and communities while adhering to the highest ethical and professional standards. Only five funeral homes in Indiana warranted the 2015 accolade. rnrnrn2014 Funeral Director of Yearrnrn An icon in the mortuary publishing field for 137 years, the American Funeral Director magazine has honored Rodney Nay, president/owner of Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, with its highest distinction – “2014 Funeral Director of the Year."
