Nevaeh Dawn Schalk, passed away on Wednesday, November 5, 2014. She was born October 12, 2014 in Cincinnati, Ohio, daughter of Trevor McConnell and Tessa Schalk.
She is survived by her father, Trevor McConnell; mother, Tessa Dawn Schalk; maternal grandparents, Pete and Judi Schalk; maternal grandmother, Heather Schalk; and paternal grandparents, Doug and Annette McConnell.
Family and friends will be received on Monday, November 10, 2014 from 12pm to 1pm at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home, Monday, November 10, 2014 at 1pm, with Vernon Fields officiating.
Interment will follow in the St. Paul Methodist Church Cemtery, Sunman, Indiana.
